WHERE IS THE HAIR COMING FROM?

This hair comes from cult donors all over the world, mainly India, Malaysia, Brazil and Peru.

WHAT IS THE HAIR PRODUCTION LIKE?

During the arrangement period the hair is conditioned and shampooed for a smoother feel and excellent look. The perfect curl pattern is created with a technique based on steam to hold the curl in place for a longer time. Natural black hair color is not chemically processed, no worries.

Other tones like browns and blondes are color-lifted in a single step to help you in the process of coloring the hair. However the hair preserves its original quality.

CAN I USE HOT/CERAMIC TOOLS TO STYLE THE HAIR?

Yes you can. Just as you would with your natural hair. However when heat is used to re-style curls, their original form may be modified. We recommend using heat to style straight or wavy hair as desired and maintaining curly styles as original as possible.

BENEFITS OF REGISTERING AN ACCOUNT

It is not necessary, however it will make your shopping experience easier for future visits and purchases.

HOW CAN I BUY THE PRODUCTS?

Just need to select the items you would like to purchase, add them to the hopping cart and follow the checkout process. You will need your email address and payment details to complete the process.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship to most countries in the EU. We are very pleased to let you know that we want everyone to try our gorgeous products besides the location. However delivery to different countries take a bit longer and are a bit more costly. It will worth it!

SHIPPING COST

We are very please to inform that for limited time only, you will not be charged local shipping cost (this apply to Unitted Kingdom addresses only).

SHIPPING DELAYS

We are partners with very reliable shipping services however occasionally shipping do not go as expected. If you believe your order is taking more than usual you can always track it. In addition just drop us an email to extrahair@reinassonline.com with your order number and we will do our best to obtain all the necessary information to track your items.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email for your purchase. You will receive a second email with tracking information as soon as the item has been dispatched.

CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS?

Yes, you can. You will always have 14 days to make up or change your mind.

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all labels and tags attached and the original packaging included.
  • All purchases must be returned in the same condition you received them. We will not be able to accept any returns that do not meet this policy.

HAIR UNITS: please note, we are unable to accept any returns of hair removed from its original lace and tag arrangement.

Please DO NOT:

  • Wash or apply water to the hair unit.
  • Apply any kinds of hair products or chemicals to the hair unit.
  • Cut, rip or tear the lace off the hair unit.
  • Dye the hair unit.
  • Perm or relax the hair unit.
  • Style or cut the hair unit.
  • Destroy or lose the original packaging.
  • Wear the hair unit.
  • Put any glue or tape on the hair unit.

To ensure that your return is processed effectively and faster, please send us an email to extrahair@reinass.com informing us about it. Do not forget to include your name, email, order number, shipping address and reason for your return. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any returns that do not meet the returns policy.

HOW DO I PRESERVE THE QUALITY OF THE HAIR?

TO PRESERVE THE QUALITY OF THE HAIR PLEASE:

  • WASH GENTLY ONCE/TWICE A MONTH.
  • AVOID USING HOT TOOLS ON CURLY HAIR.
  • AIR-DRY AS THE BEST CHOICE.
  • ARRANGE CURLY HAIR WITH FINGERS OR WIDE COMBS.
  • AVOID HEAVY BRUSHING.
  • BRUSH HAIR TIPS FIRST, WORKING YOUR WAY UP TO THE ROOTS.
  • AVOID THE BUILD UP OF OILY HAIR PRODUCTS.
  • USE ANTI-FRIZZ SERUMS INSTEAD.
HOW LONG WILL MY HAIR UNIT LAST FOR?

With the appropriate hair care, brushing , washing, drying and moisturising, the hair’s lifespan will be extended. It will also depend on your regular use of the hair. Sleeping on your hair unit will shorten its lifespan. Hair pieces /wigs used occasionally will last for a longer period than hair units used daily.

ABOUT THE LACE CAP

The cap is (usually) the lace fabric structure that will fit in your head. REINASS HAIR wig caps are adjustable and tend to size (average 21-22 inches) for a better fitting.

CAN I WASH THE HAIR?

Absolutely, you can and you should. We recommend washing your extra-hair very gently once/twice a month. Just fill a container with approx. 2 litres of warm water and some hair moisturiser. Deep the hair into the water and leave it for a good 20 minutes. Next thing you want to do is rinsing the hair under the tap always very gently and leave it air-dry for the time needed. Once the hair is dry you can re-style it at your convenience. Please void brushing the hair while washing.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE PRODUCTS?

You can pay securely via PayPal and mayor credit/debit card providers (as Visa, Master Card, Maestro or JCB) to place your order. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?

It usually takes between 1-3 working days for the product to leave the warehouse. The shipping time for:

UK (local delivery) takes between 2-5 working days from shipment.

International deliveries will take 7-9 working days approximately.

We will try to keep you updated with tracking information and estimated delivery dates. You can also follow the progress in your REINASS.COM account under ‘My Orders’. Please bear in mind that your items may sometimes arrive separately.

Occasionally, parcels going overseas may be delayed at customs control when entering your country. This is beyond our control and we cannot be responsible for the late arrival of parcels detained in this way.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately once the order is placed the process cannot be undone. You will need to wait to receive your order and make up your mind. We will be very happy to receive the items back if you decide returning the items back to us within 14 days.

It is very important that the items you wish to return are unworn with the original tags, no altered, inside the original packaging and fully satisfy the RETURN POLICY.

HOW CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS?

You can return any unwanted items within 14 days of purchase. Just send them to below address:

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and satisfies the RETUNS POLICY, a full refund will be processed via the original payment method.
